About Me & My Journey into Higher Consciousness

My connection with Spirit started early on. Growing up in the Hawaiian Islands meant being surrounded by a deep sense of nature and energy. Whether I was gazing at the stars and getting lost in the Milky Way, diving into the ocean, or walking barefoot on the grass, there was always a quiet awareness that everything was interconnected. I had no idea back then how much this would influence and shape my understanding of life and energy.

After graduating from college and securing what I thought was my dream job, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. Years of checking boxes left me feeling lost and frustrated. I had considered leaving, but the worry of being unemployed and unsure of where I wanted to go next kept me stuck. Then, divine timing or fate intervened. The company downsized and for the first time, I was given the opportunity to choose what I truly wanted to do. It was a chance to breathe, step back, and finally start to heal the parts within me that I had been putting aside for years.

Through regression work, therapy, and reflection, I rediscovered my love of crystals (which is now an obsession). I began making jewelry adding energetic intentions into the pieces. This also awakened the intuitive abilities I had turned off as a child. I soon found myself selling my pieces in boutiques and internationally.

As life continued to unfold in unexpected ways, I married my best friend on the summit of Mauna Kea, as close to the stars as I could physically get. The following year, we moved to Japan and I drifted deeper into energy work. I trained in Usui Reiki, later moving into Lightarian Reiki, which broadened my understanding of energy work.

Still, as I began to practice, something felt off. I have met several excellent Reiki healers and admire the work that they do, but it just wasn’t for me. My own true purpose was still waiting for me.

I took a pause to recalibrate and wait for the next step to reveal itself. During that period, I thought that I was stuck, but I now realize that I was preparing for what was about to arrive. Spiritual encounters became more common. They were direct messages from a level of higher awareness and for the first time, I was able to “hear” them in my own mind.

Trying to make sense of these events and out of curiosity, I began exploring some of the contents of these messages on my computer, and as I scrolled, a YouTube Short began to auto play on another open tab. It startled me at first because I had not clicked on anything specific. I had no idea who the speaker was, yet in that short video, she answered questions I had been wondering about for over 15 years. It was Dolores Cannon.

This is how the Higher Self communicates. Through symbols, synchronicities and even technology. Beings of higher consciousness can often move through electrical pathways, whether it is a song that suddenly begins to play, a flicker of a light, or in my case, a video that appears without searching for it. Each has a message that offers guidance for you in particular.

As I listened to more of her talks while on the train I began to put the pieces together and understood what was happening to me. As she spoke, my experiences were confirmed and things started making sense. It was a moment of true alignment.

Now, my work focuses on helping others to reconnect with their strengths, purpose, and wisdom. Through QHHT, BQH or intuitive sessions, I support individuals in accessing the guidance of their Higher Self and remembering the gifts and lessons that they already possess.

I don’t consider myself a counselor, guide, therapist, prophet, medium, channeler, shaman, or healer. Labels feel limiting to me and I genuinely believe that unique gifts and intuitive abilities exist within all of us. Like an energetic signature that belongs only to you and cannot be replicated naturally. Your very existence is the confirmation of those gifts. When you share it, you then step into your purpose of becoming more of your true Self by expanding the soul, and contributing to the interconnectedness of all things. Building layers upon layers of signature wavelengths and frequencies.

Each individual chooses when and whether or not to activate and use them. And when this happens, it is no longer about who does or doesn’t appreciate your gifts, but about those who naturally harmonize and align with it. Those whose own gifts blend with yours to create new signature wavelengths and frequencies.

Remembering and utilizing abilities doesn’t make an individual more advanced or enlightened than you or anyone else. We are all reflections of one another, seeking to learn, evolve, and be more of our Selves.

My intention is to offer a safe space for you to explore why you chose to come into this lifetime, and remember how to connect to your soul’s memories.
