When I initially began to connect with my guides and Higher Self, it would often communicate through numbers, synchronistic events, or in images. Over time I would receive concepts as metaphors and the messenger would refer to them as [seeds].
I have come to know now that the original purpose of using metaphors was to keep it simple and to ease me into our interactions gently. At times, the concept would be so vast that I would ask it to break it down further for me because I felt as if I could not grasp the information. This is where the [seed] metaphor began. The answer I received regarding this was:
“When you first began to hear us, we told you that everything you needed to know about the Universe can be found in nature. Now, we will begin to show you more.”

As time passed, I began to receive more concepts or seeds as if I were collecting parts of a greater understanding. Then while on a rainy day drive, almost as if I began to see the first sprouts on fresh soil, the concepts began to deepen and unfold more rapidly. My first complete concept revealed that I have the free will to plant as many seeds (referring to anything I interacted with, such as relationships, goals, etc.) in life as I wish.

“There is no good, bad, right, or wrong…only choices and possibilities.”
But even if I take every measure to support its growth, I have no control over the infinite variables at play and the factors that influence its development or lack thereof. Anything intended to support the growth and evolving of my soul would take root, and if not, it would be up to me to decide what I wanted to do about it. I, using the vessel I have chosen, make the decisions regarding cultivation, watering, soil care, and the overall vision and balance of each seed that I plant. I would also need to decide where to focus my energy and to ensure that the soil is healthy enough for not only what I intentionally plant, but also for what may arrive on its own. To remain aware of the health and balance of my soil with each new planting, understanding that every seed influences the soil’s energy. Without a healthy foundation, the possibility for anything to grow and flourish greatly decreases.
I was reminded by my Higher Self that the most important thing to remember is that there is no good, bad, right, or wrong. They do not exist outside of your ego and the personality; everything is information that is therefor you to see the possibilities and to make choices. The energy here is dense and it takes practice to know the subtle guidance between the ego and the Observer.
The personality and/or ego is not who you are. It is who you have become in this lifetime based upon your experiences, observations, and environment. Who you truly are transcends linear time and encompasses lifetimes of wisdom and experience.
In 2023, during a time of grief, it was probably biggest catalyst toward my own personal spiritual journey, the start of my QHHT practice, as well as this blog. It was a seed that I had planted so long ago that I had almost forgotten about it. was as if it was growing at an accelerated rate. I had been used to reaching higher states of consciousness listening to a playlist of songs, specific numbers, and specific statements or words. This is how I came to decide on Evergreen as the name of my sacred space.
This blog is a space for me to share the wonder and magic I encounter, so that they may find fresh ground elsewhere. A sacred exchange of love and gratitude to others passing through. Join me as I continue to explore multidimensional perspectives, channeled discussions, and transcripts from actual QHHT & BQH sessions. I also include music with selected posts to listen to while reading or to add to your own playlist. For me, music changes my perspective and opens my line of communication to higher frequencies.
Since that very first seed, my understanding has grown much deeper since then. The more that I align my thoughts, words, emotions, and my actions, the more I receive. New pathways, deeper roots, clearer insight and higher awareness.
To anyone reading this, thank you for being here. Whether you are simply passing through or choose to continue reading, I wish you peace, wellness, and many blessings.
With much love and gratitude, welcome.
