Everything here comes from my personal thoughts, experiences, and/or channeled insights from my Guides and Higher Self. Some of my clients have generously allowed me to share what came through during our work together, never personal details, only insights, observations, and teachings.

In my personal life and throughout my work, I have found that healing travels beyond our concept of time as well as interdimensionally. I have observed it affecting the past, present, and the future as it touches everything it comes into contact with. A stranger you pass, the people closest to you, animals, trees, even the energetic field around us. I have been logging my findings in piles of notebooks and journals until I recently received guidance to create this blog. The message was to offer what has been shared with me, freely and without restriction for whoever finds it.

You are welcome to use and share anything you find here. I only ask that you consider making it a practice to credit or acknowledge what inspires you, wherever it comes from and whoever it belongs to. This is how we weave something even larger, a tapestry of shared wisdom rather than loose threads of single voices.
