What is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method created by Dolores Cannon that allows you to access past life memories and connect with your Higher Self through deep hypnosis. The Higher Self is your multidimensional nature that exists beyond linear time and space. Think of it as the librarian that helps you retrieve the stories or books you need to see.
Through QHHT, you can access past lives, receive healing, and find answers to questions you’ve carried for years, maybe even your whole life. An important note regarding QHHT is that it’s only offered in person.
If you are outside of Japan or would like something more flexible, I also offer Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). It’s built on Dolores’s foundation but allows for a more unstructured experience. You’ll still connect with your Higher Self, but we can also work with Spirit Guides, invite in angelic energy, explore channeling, release energetic cords or soul contracts, activate Light Language, and/or incorporate Reiki. The session adapts to whatever your soul is calling for in that moment.
