Imagine viewing an entire lifetime in just six minutes. In this clip, I share my own QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session where I revisit a past life in what seems like 19th century London.
I entered the regression, I sensed a deep emptiness in my stomach. As you will hear throughout the clip, the experience unfolds from walking the cobblestone streets in search of food, to uncovering the deeper information that was essential for my expansion and personal growth.
When facilitating QHHT sessions, I am often asked about “losing control” under hypnosis or the fear of being “brainwashed”. It’s completely normal to have these concerns, especially given how hypnosis is portrayed in media. The truth is that we naturally enter light states of hypnosis multiple times throughout the day. While driving, daydreaming, or even scrolling on our phones.
This clip may help to clarify that you are always in control. Notice how the facilitator asks me questions. I remain aware, conscious, and able to respond truthfully about what I am sensing throughout the experience. In every session that I have facilitated, (as well as my own), you always receive the information and insight that is most appropriate for your growth and expansion.
One of the most powerful aspects of QHHT is connecting directly with your Higher Self. Through this connection, I gained a deeper understanding of why certain patterns emotions, and experiences resurfaced even when they felt foreign and I couldn’t trace the origins of it. The experience also helped me to understand that trauma does not always equate to an extreme shock of an event.
I have always felt detached from food, content with a slice of bread or minimal simple dishes. Even as my standard of living increased, my selection of food did not change. In my session I saw how those patterns originated, how they carried over, and what could be done to let it go.
Since my session, what I choose to eat, how I connect with my body, and the ritual of refueling it has shifted dramatically.
I will be sharing more sessions and insights from both my personal QHHT sessions as well as client sessions so that others may listen, learn, and perhaps find their own healing or release along the way.
