Nothing External is Necessary – Higher Dimensional Guidance

In my channeled experiences I do not always know the source of what comes through. What I do know is that it arrives without fear, without judgment, and with a clarity that feels beyond my own thinking mind. I share it as it came.

A Quiet Ritual
Doing the dishes had evolved into a form of meditation for me during the pandemic. The feel of the water and the repetitive movement helped quiet the overthinking part of my brain.
I often listened to a set playlist on Spotify, but on this particular day the app had been set to auto play and began suggesting random songs. A song I had never heard before started playing. I felt something click into place.
If you have ever scanned for a radio station on an AM/FM radio you might recall the static between channels until it locks onto one that is broadcasting. It felt as though I had an antenna in my brain and a tuner set to a specific range, and at the right moment it connected to a frequency. When that connection formed, images, words, and concepts began to flow in as if they were being dropped directly into my mind.
I began to receive a vision of a male figure draped in long flowing robes, covered in heavy golden chains and ornate jewelry. I couldn’t see his face but he was holding a gold scepter.
“Worship is not what men have made it to be. To worship is to honor the life state that you are in. All life. In your books it tells the story of Jesus and his poverty. Throughout time, some who guide others in faith have gathered wealth beyond what is necessary. This has been done through the devotion of those seeking comfort and guidance.”
The scene shifted to symbols of wealth, power, and excess, showing me how that wealth had been accumulated throughout time. Taken or gained through the devotion of those seeking comfort and community.
The messenger then asked me:
“What is the purpose of excess, if not to be shared with those seeking knowledge, guidance, and support?”
I answered that excess feels heavy to me. It responded with visions of my childhood and why I chose this life. To understand this very moment because I had lived it and therefore had the experience to provide a true understanding of this moment of remembering.
The teaching felt simple and neutral, like scenes from a film. I could feel emotions within the vision but not on a personal level. I simply observed without judgment. As if the intended purpose was to provide understanding, compassion, and empathy, and to remind me that we each play a necessary part in our shared experience here.
I am in no way implying that any form of religion is the correct way. I think every religion has its place and purpose. Worship and faith run much deeper than any single tradition has defined them.
Then more came through.
“Pay attention. The true healers are those that have wealth within their eyes. When you look within them, you will see an endless source of love. Therefore nothing external is necessary.”
I heard voices in different languages all at once and then heard in English: “abundance was a sign of Divine favor,” even as others gave from what little they had in hopes of finding comfort, blessings, or similar favor.
The messenger repeated:
“Nothing external is necessary.”
Tears filled my eyes. I felt a wave of unconditional love and peace. A form of guidance for the path ahead and an invitation to decide how I would build and expand my own work.
I returned to myself when I felt the tears on my cheeks. I had received signs from my guides through symbols and synchronicities before, but this was the first time I had experienced a vision this vivid.
When I fully returned to the present I noticed the song still playing and heard the lyrics for the first time. It was a mantra, Hare Krishna being sung. I had no prior knowledge of this mantra or what it meant. That evening while journaling I researched it and found that it can be chanted by anyone regardless of background for spiritual connection, freedom from material illusions, or to elevate consciousness. Its purposes range from deeper connection to the Divine to invoking energy from the Supreme Consciousness.
Putting It Together
I have always had a complicated relationship with religion, one that connects to a past life memory I will share in another post. But this vision and this song together helped me redefine what religion means to me.
It is not a rigid or controlled set of beliefs. It is an experience of this reality. Each breath an act in honor of that experience. A practice used as a vehicle for remembering and dissolving the separation between the Self and the Universe.
I believe that spirituality travels beyond rituals, institutions, rules, or material things. It is found in every breath and in awareness itself. In the willingness to see truth without preconceptions and a curiosity toward whatever that truth reveals, without needing it to fit into our hopes or expectations.
There is also the gift of free will. The choice of our path and our companions. Without needing to belong to a group, sect, church, or religion to connect with the Divine or any other higher power.
In my conversations with higher dimensional beings I have learned that all religions at their foundation share the same roots. Another vision I was shown placed a radiant orb of light at the center, surrounded by beings describing it from their own perspectives. Each saw it differently. All spoke of the same light.
Over time I have continued to receive messages in this way. They always arrive with neutrality and an immediate understanding of concepts. They do not carry fear, anger, or judgment. Only calm awareness and information.
My hope in sharing these experiences is to remind you that you are already doing what you came here to do.
It is easy to question your path when you compare yourself to others. But the only questions that truly matter are the ones you ask yourself:
What causes me to expand?
What causes me to contract?
Where am I being drawn, and what do I notice is obstructing me?
What truths and changes am I resisting?
What areas need attention so they can be healed?
You are here with a specific purpose that requires your uniqueness. Trust yourself. Not every ending is meant to be fireworks and not every chapter is filled with joy or adventure. The best stories also include loss, grief, and failure. That is not a detour. That is the story.
It’s such a magical thing to be here, now. All of us interconnected, growing and supporting one another’s expansion and growth.
